Goals

1. To spread awareness about the importance of preparing leaders and developing the basics of leadership as a standard that possesses modern knowledge with determination.
2. To build-up an integrated model and an effective system for preparing and empowering leaders and measuring their results and impact in the overall community development process.
3. To train students to acquire effective leadership skills.
4. To increase overall performance and productivity in leadership positions.
5. To produce a qualified second row and to localize leadership positions.
6. To develop financial resources for the Center by developing strategic relationships and cooperating with similar local and regional centers, institutions, and government and private sectors.
