A Letter from the Director of the Leadership Center

We know that leaders throughout history are the keys to positive and influential change, and they are the professional start of productive institutions and a comprehensive societal renaissance. In light of the tremendous scientific development of humans, the creation of leaders has become based on scientific foundations and research studies that suit the context, frameworks and goals to be achieved.

From this standpoint, along with the implementation of the second strategic plan of King Abdulaziz University, the University’s vision and mission to achieve the goals of the countries’ development plan, and the shift towards a knowledge economy, a center was established to set scientific and technical standards and foundations for programs specialized in developing future leaders and empowering cadres in different sectors.
