Since its founding, King Abdulaziz University has played an important role in developing the skills and abilities of its students, faculty, and staff and equipping them with the necessary tools for serving their country and society. Thus, it is important to prepare a generation of leaders who will further the development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A decision has been made to establish a center aimed at preparing future leaders and actively seek to enhance the leadership capabilities of its students and those employees who are expected to assume administrative responsibilities at the university.

In line with the University’s strategic plan, the Center for Preparing Future Leaders is dedicated to building an effective strategy for identifying future leaders among students and employees. Once identified, the Center refine their leadership talents, and provide them with the necessary information to enhance their leadership capabilities for the future.

The Center also offers integrated programs that include a series of processes for selecting qualified students who are passionate about leading and are eager to serve the community. They are then nominated to attend training courses, workshops, lectures, dialogues, and to participate in projects designed to bolster leadership skills.
